KIMO's Strategic Plan
A long-term outline of our central strategic objectives
In order to ensure strategic direction for the organisation KIMO has developed a 5 year Strategic Plan. The plan contains the aims, objectives and vision for the organisation. Also attached in appendixes to the main document are action plans for KIMO International and the main Networks. These outline work products and targets which are reviewed on a yearly basis with progress reported back to the AGM.
Before KIMO began authoring long-term strategic plans, the organisation's actions were planned by a series of annual 'Action Plans'. Historical action plans can be downloaded below.
